Terms of service

The service
eyemail tells you when messages you send from Gmail are opened, by adding a tracking image to them. It works with Gmail in a desktop browser through our extension.
Trial, free use and plans
Every mailbox starts with a 14-day trial with no card required. Afterwards, personal Gmail accounts may track 50 messages per calendar month at no cost; past that limit tracking continues but open counts are hidden until you subscribe.
The free allowance is for personal use. Mailboxes on a custom domain are treated as business use and require a subscription once their trial ends.
Multi-mailbox plans
A plan covers a fixed number of mailboxes, including the one that pays for it. When a mailbox is removed from a plan, its seat is reserved for 30 days and cannot be filled by a different mailbox in that time; the same mailbox may rejoin immediately.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable taxes where shown.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use tracking, including telling recipients where the law requires it. Do not use eyemail for unsolicited bulk email or to monitor people who would reasonably object.
Accuracy and availability
Open tracking depends on the recipient's mail client loading images, which many block. Counts are indicative and we do not warrant their completeness. The service depends on Gmail, whose interface may change without notice.
